Day 16
Well, today was Cardio, and that means a hybrid of Yoga, Kempo, Plyometrics, and Core. I love this day. I think I would have no problem keeping up with the yoga part, except my feet burn from the pressure. It's obviously my footwear (because I have flat-feet), they must not be giving me any support. Nevertheless, about 700 calories this morning.Food should be easy today, although I've already blown my breakfast. I just inhaled a Protein Bar, and I ate it pretty late. Which means snack is probably just going to be a couple tablespoons of peanut butter, and I'll have to swing something creative for lunch. My wife and I are planning on watching Avatar and having a burrito for dinner. Still worried I'm not losing weight, but I'm pushing forward. I am planning on weighing myself again at Day 20.
