Day 24
It was Kempo today, I dogged it a little on the knee ups+back kicks, but I realized this about 3/4 of the way through and picked up the pace. Was a decent workout, but I forgot to wear my heart monitor.For breakfast I shrugged off half the omelet I made, I just wasn't as hungry as I thought I should be. So I picked out most of the chicken and ate a few bites of the egg-whites, and that was about it. We're out of protein bars, so I am going to substitute my snack with celery and peanut-butter. Not sure what's for dinner, gonna have to wing it.
