Day 22
Well it was Yoga today, the start of a new week. It's the recovery week, and we're finally approaching the second round of photos. Burned over 1000 calories this morning during Yoga, I have no idea how that even happened. Made an "all berry" smoothie this morning too, that was great.Here's the new schedule for this week. There will be a new regiment after this week too, as we begin phase II.
Day 1: Yoga
Day 2: Core Synergystics
Day 3: Kempo
Day 4: X Stretch
Day 5: Cardio
Day 6: Yoga
Day 7: Rest or X Stretch
