Day 8
"Core Synergistics" Round 2. I think I did well this round, kept a steady pace, and fought for yardage. I have a good plan for food today (except dinner - might have to come up with something on the fly). Got a long day of school today, so I need to be sure to keep up my calories.Decided to make a Steak and Romaine salad for dinner. As I was cooking some Roast Beef in a pan I filled a small bowl with romaine lettuce, then I chopped half of a tomato up. Combined, and topped with the beef. Broke out my chopsticks again, and had a great meal.
My wife and I were impressed by the different things we're coming up with to eat. At first eating healthy seemed like such a daunting task, but after a week or so, we're getting creative, and really start to enjoy eating right, and eating a variety of different foods.
